Eva became a member of the OD&M Consulting team in October 2013. She has an MA in psychology and over twelve years of experience in the area of people development and human capital management. For three years after that she has been engaged as a lecturer and an academic staff leader at the London School of Commerce Belgrade, associate of the Cardiff Metropolitan University.
