How is this program different?
This program is a learning-by-doing program. When students practice coaching others, they are coaching real life in real time. It is the difference between role-play and real play. Following the Cooperative Learning philosophy and the idea of the self-initiated and self-paced learning, we have structured this program so that it is student-centric and flexible.
Who is the trainer?
The program is delivered by Veselka Tsocheva-Donkova, an experienced entrepreneur, business manager and CEO. For more than 15 years now Veselka has been holding three different hats in the professional arena - one of an entrepreneur and business leader, another of a trainer, and a third one of a coach. The combination of her business experience, people development expertise and coaching mindset make Veselka a trusted partner to major international and local organizations who aim to achieve peak performance through people.
